Pulse Induction Metal Detector

Metal detectors play a crucial role in mining and industrial operations, with pulse induction metal detectors gaining prominence for their impressive exploration capabilities. In response to a specific order from a mining operation, I have developed and constructed a system that leverages the advantages of pulse induction technology.
At the heart of this system is an Atmega328 microcontroller, meticulously programmed to seamlessly integrate with various coils and op-amps in its signal amplification layer. The feedback amplification stage requires a precise 9.5-volt sensitive voltage supply to establish a virtual ground for the op-amp. This essential function is achieved through the implementation of a regulator based on the LMC7101BIM5 op-amp on the board.
Noteworthy features of this system include its user-friendly interface, a comprehensive menu, full access to intricate details, and the ability to digitally configure and control most commands. These attributes collectively contribute to an efficient and versatile metal detection solution tailored to the specific needs of mining applications.
